Don't do it in guerrilla. Actually its quite simple. Go to coldsnap.scenario make a backup and change the name to (namehere).
Then in tool compile the scenario however, when compiling instead of coldsnap.scenario use (mapname).scenario

^This. Rename it to whatever you want. Then compile the scenario.

* facepalm *

Let's take this step by step. DO NOT OPEN GUERILLA.

Find your scenario file, right click it, and rename it to whatever you want. Then, once you compile the map, it will be renamed.

In tool that came with your HEK its in the same directory as guerilla and sapien.
If tool crashes upon startup, follow the instructions here....http://forum.halomaps.org/index.cfm%3Fpage=topic&topicID=25152

You can in guerilla. Open up the scenario file, and go to File>Save As. But either way, you have to recompile it.

You must extract the map using HEK+ first to get the scenario file.

Tutorial (Someone copy this for future reference)

Step One: Download HEK+ (Search Halo Editing Kit Plus on Halomaps. Find the one that was released in december of 2006).

Step Two: Unzip it into the folder into the Halo Custom Edition folder (for easy reference).

Step Three: ONLY IF YOU ARE ON WINDOWS VISTA OR WINDOWS 7. Browse to that folder, until you find HEKPlus.exe. Right click it, and click properties. Then, in the compatibility tab, check the "Disable desktop composition button". Also check the button for "Run in compatibility for:", and make sure Windows XP Service Pack 3 is selected.

Step Four: Open HEKPlus.exe. Go to View>Add in windows>Tag extraction cue. Click it.

Step Five: Go to File>Open, and browse to your map file, OR hit CTRL + O, and browse to your map file. Double click on it to open.

Step Six: On the far right, there's a yellow gear thing. Click it. Click the huge "Use Registry" button, and uncheck "Overwrite existing tags". Click OK.

Step Seven: Uncheck "Save extracted tags list".

Step Eight: Drag all of the folders into the extraction cue.

Step Nine: Click Start.

Step Ten: Wait for it to finish.
