hey guys, i finally managed to make some map mods but when i put the npelican (thanks tiamat!) into my mod map i compile it and all that and then i open the map in CE. the pelican is where i placed it but i can only sit in the 2 back passenger seats. :(

try using something like Hex Edit to make it where there is more than just two seats because it is a model of a warthog so it needs to be edited to have more seats that arent just scenery tags

^Whut? I've never heard of using Hex editing to create Halo mods. Just use Guerilla to check that you didn't delete any seats.

well some people will use hex edit and some will use guerilla, it depends on the skills the person has.

iv not deleted anything in gurilla, i just downloaded the tags from here and extracted 'em to the correct folders.

P.S i can see the pelican and all that, it's like someone has disabled the seats

Back in the old days of Halo PC modding, hex editing was the only way to mod. The knowledge gained from hex editing was what was used to create programs like HMT, HHT, and Sparkedit, which made modding much more user-friendly. I wasn't into halo at that time, but I know that was the case because there are still hex editing tutorials at Halo Mods and other web sites.

go in guerilla and change the box with p-pilot in under seats to W-driver

yeah, how do u set 'em up? do you just do the same as driver, only change it to W-passenger or something?

OR you could find the scyborg.model_animations gotten from ripping coldsnap, in tags\characters\scyborg and delete cyborg.model_animations in tags\characters\cyborg and put scyborg.model_animations in tags\characters\cyborg and rename it cyborg.model_animations. This will let you use the proper animations and will let you drive the jet, longsword, pelican, phantom and scarab without changing anything.
Back up the original cyborg.model_animations though

Try ripping extinction's Spartan.model_animations. Then go into guerilla and open up the cyborg.biped, and swap the animations.

I don't know why scyborg animations aren't working for you...show me a picture of your pelican in guerilla, showing all the seats and their labels, if you can.

iv tried everything and it still only has the back 2 seats and the pilot seat which says "press e to enter <missing string>
