Alright, well, for a start, whenever I attemp to open Tool through command prompt, it says "Couldn't read map file '.tool/beta.map' " and then it quickly closes. Does anyone know how to fix this? And, with Tool++, I've been trying to do the Build-Cache-File with several maps, and it takes 30 minutes or so, and still nothing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Is tool in the right folder? Is tool++ in the right folder?

Ok what tool do you use this one tool ++ or this on tool the one you get from the command prompt
