I need to know how to make AI have correct animations for guns without re-animating them so they don't look retarded. Is it possible i need to do this for all of my biped tags tho or it might be the actor variant tags idk tho so can someone help please.

You have to reanimate them...

Define 'correct animations'. If you want the AI to hold weapons with 2 hands, like Elites with ARs, for example, all you need to do is mod the model_animations and add IK points.
