ok whenever i open halo this comes up

Does anyone know what i can do to get halo to work... ?
I have tried reinstalling, it still does it.

It can't be my Video Card because i have 1 gig of that........
Does anyone know what this is, has it happened to anyone befor?

And HOW do i fix it...

A possible UI corruption?
Try turning off anti aliasing.
If that doesn't work then I don't know, someone is bound to.

hm idn, cus that sc was taken the first time i opened sins i reinstalled, doesnt that mean a BRAND NEW UI

your missing bitmaps.map, or its corrupt. try downloading it again

The installer is installing corrupt files, so no, it would not be fixed when you re-install. You could try re-downloading the CE installer, but I think it would be easier to try a custom UI.

LEDGEND ty sooo much, im such an idiot, i by a mistake uninstalled hek at the start, lost it all, then uninstalled halo, without backuping maps, i had ALOT of maps btw. so now i reinstalled, had vista be gay to me some more, then finally IT WORKS, thanks to you

thanks again. time to start downloading....

E: ok now wtf, whenevery i try join any server, or try host, i just exception, any help?

i dont think, when i first installed halo pc, i played multiplayer the second day (campign for first day) and this happened. in the third day, it sloved it self so i could finally play (but then i had crashing spree, but thats offtopic)
