ok here is my problem.my hek+ wont rip anything from any map. halo pc or halo ce. dont know why or what i did. but it does not rip any map. it worked before. but i dont know why it is not working. and i need tags to get extracted but i cant get them so i cant open my scenarios. :( only one i can open is infinity. getting boring. everything else works but that does not work. i had an earlier one but it work for a while. then it doesnt. so i got this one the later version that was created in december. but it stop working. i have been using it for 2 months now. can anyone help me?

Any errors.... Any crappy mscorlib complains? Any Can't use this file because it is being used by another process?

We can't help because you haven't told us WHY you can't rip anything from any map. If there are no errors, then why won't HEK+ rip anything?

I had this problem on my laptop... I just re-downloaded HEK+ and extracted the whole .zip again..

what sierra117 said. i got a laptop. but i dont think that even matters. but i had a problem with hek before. so i got a new version but now this one is messed up. when i mean it wont rip. like i go to the deathisland map for example. i wanted to rip the entire map. so i can mod it and stuff. so i click extract button when you right click it. then i press ok. but it does nothing. so i try to rip it agian but it wont let me. it says the same things like:extract, invert, etc. but the extract is light black. so i cant click on it. thats what i mean it wont let me extract. and sierra117, what do you mean extracted the whole .zip?

hey i fixed it there was a file that was missing or the hek + couldnt find the file so i had to look for it .scc file. was simple i had to go to the plugin in the hek + folder and look for the tag extracter then open the scc file and that was it. thanks for your help any way. now i can get back to what i was going to do.
