May someone please tell me where i can get the latest version of directx9.0c, i need to get it to make my fps games look better.

Latest version of directx9.0c? There's only one version. And this can be downloaded off Microsoft.com

but when i try to get it it says it cant find the server download.microsoft.com

Can you run Halo? If you can, then you have directx 9.0c, because that's required to run halo.

directx 9.0c is required for Halo. Since you can run, then you must have directx 9.0c, because it's installed WITH halo. Try directx 10 (if you have Vista)
