Hmm, never seen this kind of problem before, did you try running it at different quality's? Also, on a side note, I dont know what I'm talking about here, just thought I'd throw that out and see if it would help. Edited by Lone Warrior on Feb 3, 2009 at 05:32 PM

Yeah, I tried that. I also messed around with the actual skybox but that didn't do anything to help it.

I have had this problem before and i never could figure out why. But, i made a new level/re-did it remodeled everything and it worked make sure your +sky material is applied and is not hidden so the +sky walls should not be hidden just to be safe unhide all in 3ds Max.

Hmmm, try running lightmaps with a stock sky and see if that changes anything
