Restart Sapien. Then they will move. However, they will walk to the position. I prefer command lists, if you want them to run. But it's your choice, I guess.

I assume this was addressed to everyone, not just Gamma.
Go to the Sapien hierachy window. You do know about that, right? Navigate to Mission>AI>command lists.
Create a new instance. This will create a new command list. Go to the properties pane of your new command list, and tick 'allow targeting' and 'allow initiative'. Then go to 'points', and create new points.
Then go to Commands, create a new instance, go to the properties view, and change the atom type from 'pause' to 'go to and face'. Select your first point, and then get them to face the next point. Create more new instances and repeat.
Then create starting postiton for your AI. Highlight all the starting locations in Hierachy view, and give them the command list in properties view.
Also, Move positions are not places AI move to when they are in combat. Move positions apply to the places the AI will move back and forth to when they are idle (not in combat). When they're in combat, they will always move to their firing positions, so place firing positions where you want your AI to move to.
That was almost like a mini-tut....

Hey, I have pride too. He can ask me :)
Also, DON'T check 'allow initiative' if you want them to follow the command list. Otherwise, they will abandon it whenever they see an enemy.
To place firing positions, select the encounter in Hierarchy View, open it up, select 'Firing Positions', and then right click anywhere in the game window to place it. That's it.
