Hey... so my friend recently just finished a model, and to save time we decided to just skin it using a basic grey filler color, instead of a bitmap. Anyway, the first time I ran it through it complained about shaders, so I just hit 1 and tried it again. Now it started loading and displayed a WHOLE bunch of stuff, like 'couldn't update edge' or whatever, and 265 degenerate triangles but in debug the only thing that shows is:

Try again and see if it posts it into the debug.txt. If that does not work, take a screen-shot of it, if you can.

Open Edges? It clearly says how to in the HEK tutorial. Open up the file and seal all open edges with new polygons or by welding.
