I can do everything in HEK+ as long as I don't open File Edit Tools Help because it freezes. Anyway to fix>?

Right click Icon, properties, compatibility, check disable desktop composition

yeah if you look closely, its NOT frozen. there are tiny little bars on the side of the menu that fill up when you open a menu with AERO set as a theme. you might be better off entirely just putting vista basic on as a theme. seriously, aero eats processing power
