What do you mean, like so whenever you kill an elite, the shield recharge animation appears? I don't think that's a script, but if it were, you would have to make one for each individual elite biped, and attach them to an AI encounter. Each and every one.

Or reference him with (unit (ai_actors (#ENCOUNTER) #NUMBER) ). Works just as well.
