If you did manage to click play, then what should have happened was a web page would pop up telling you how to make a map. To actually use the applications that HEK has, go to your Halo Custom Edition folder, and find the applications called tool.exe, sapien.exe, and guerilla.exe. If those three are there, then you are set.

Oh really? They should be there. HEK is nothing, but a collection of tags, and Sapien, Guerilla, and tool. Clicking Play does not bring up any tools needed to make maps, as you would use Sapien and Guerilla to do that,
