Just click the download button for your files.

... That is the testing link from the Help article. It said if you can get to that page, you should be able to download. But when I click the download button. It gives me a page not found error.

But it still does not work.

I got the same error with chrome. I decided to stick with firefox, and stop using chrome though.

I use chrome too. For 3 reasons.

1- Fast
2- Can access Hotmail. (Firefox can't anymore)
3. I like the layout

Use flock. Modified Firefox to enable many new features, like accessing your email in a sidebar, and it plugs in with YouTube, Myspace, Facebook, and other social websites

I used to use Internet Explorer, but it got slow.
Also, the newer versions and their new "Ribbon" GUI made me throw up all of last year's food.

Your firewall or Internet security program is blocking port 21 for FTP transfer. Since Chrome is new you may need to set a rule for the Chrome browser in the firewall or security program to allow it access to port 21.

I have Google Chrome only for checking E-Mails, Myspace, Facebook, etc.

IE runs faster and better for me than firefox. I only have firefox to skrew around with the firebug plugin.

IE 6 was the best version.. RIP, IE6..

Can you believe I still have all my stuff backed up from Windows 2000 on disks and EI 6 Installer happens to be one of them? LOL

I unblocked it on my Internet Security Program and my firewall but I still keep getting the same message. But I don't when I use IE.

dont use crome it has not good ablities dont use internet explorer its slow and buggy firefox is the best out of those but opera can do anything sometimes not all sites work with it sence it has l33t powers so keep a copy of firefox on hand i reccomend

firefox takes up alot of ram and is slow to open and internet explorer has tons of popups and ist the best with flash :P

I use Chrome because it looks better and works for what I need it for. On the top it uses WAY less room. *Cough* Firefox Sucks!

Either your install of Chrome does not support FTP or somthing is still blocking port 21.

Do you have the latest .NET Framework?

Don't think .NET has anything to do with that...

I hope you know a CRITICAL seurity error was recently found in Internet Explorer?

Firefox is the LEADER in inthernet security. Not to mention it can be upgraded and customized.

I hate Macs, but i would even place Safari as better than Internet Explorer (i have a deep hatred for IE, being a former user. I have no issues with Safar, but i still think FF is better).

Oh, nad i can access Hotmail fine. Why would anyone use Google Chrome? I don't see anything useful or special from it...
