Can you play Xbox live and windows live with 1 same account and gamertag??? Help me out a bit i got Windows live couple of days ago and soon im getting a 360 and i want to know will i be able to play Halo 3 online for free just like Halo 2 vista.

NO. Xbox Live Silver is not the equivalent to Xbox Live Gold. You must pay to play any Xbox Live game online, and a gold GFWL account will not work on the 360 (I'm pretty sure) but I know your 360 Gamertag can work on GFWL.

Nope. I don't have any games for windows live games, so I can't help you with that but I do have a 360 and HALO 3 and know that you need XBOX LIVE Gold to play it online.
XBOX LIVE Silver membership - is FREE, with this you can connect you console to the internet and download game trailers, game demos and (at a cost) rental films from the XBOX Live marketplace. I think you can also do voice chat with pepole on your XBOX 360 friends list and text-only chat with Windows Live Messenger friends.
XBOX LIVE Gold membership - costs money, and is required to do any sort of online game play on the 360. You cannot play HALO 3 online without gold.
You can play HALO 3 split-screen or system link while connected to XBOX LIVE Silver to talk to pepole, but without gold you won't be able to use your HALO 3 fileshare or enter any matchmaking playlist, xbox live custom game or online co-op match.
Even if you have a 48 hour trial some matchmaking playlists won't let you in and your file share won't work, but most of the other online features become available.

On PC Gold you can host matches while Silver can only join them. On Xbox Gold you can play games online while silver you can't.
