Ok, I just came up with an idea: every time Dennis adds new additions to the site, we should choose a map from those new maps, give it a review, and call it the 'greatest new map'. If there's more than one map, we'll have a vote.

To bring this back on track, for the latest update, I would think http://hce.halomaps.org/index.cfm?fid=4229 is the best map.
