I start it up on a shortcut from my desktop, it worked fine this morning, but it just goes to that bulky low resolution version of my desktop, and the loading cursor sits there.
If I do the minimise key, it just asks to close halo 2 or to wait for it to respond. Seriously, Wtf? |

Try "Run as Admin".
