What are the the potential causes of an exception error occuring while loading a map that has been sucessfully compiled with tool or tool++ and has no visible errors reported during compilation (it reports that the cache file was successfully compiled)? If it were a map that was ripped, wouldn't that (-1) have kept it from ever being able to run in the first place? Or does ripping the map somehow cause a this to occur?

You didn't say that you were actually getting exception errors... only what would cause an exception error. Even though you implied it. Well then, are you sure it compiles smoothly? No errors? Maybe it has something to do with the fact that you ripped it
