Is it possible to make custom weapons or vehicles in Halo 2 vista?And i dont mean like changing their colour or effect when fired i mean REALY custom like in Halo CE.Like making a AR out of BR.Is there a program for it yet?

guerilla and gmax. gmax for model and guerilla for everything else. it also needs animations.
