Well I got a map called RPG beta 5 and everyone keeps telling theres a spawn list for but I can never find it. Can anyone help please?

I am not sure, but this question has been answered before, use search.

type object_create_anew d1 while alldev on and bringing up console to spawn a draco. to spawn the wierd glitched tank, object_create_anew a1, b1, or c1, becuse i forgot which (just try all of them)
