No, but texturing snow should be the same as texturing any other shader. And there are plenty of shader tuts. As for what snow material to use, just look at tags/levels/b40/shaders. There's lot od ice shaders in there. For more general info on shaders and materials in max/ gmax, search "shaders tutorial".
