Ok i used to be able to play halo custom edition till my laptop broke down so i bought a new one its a vista well thats not the point when i try to play it says i need administrater privilages to download this patch then i cant play it and other than that i cant finf where to put the map files i go to my computer the i go to documents then i go to my games then i go to halo ce then i go to... well thats where im stuck i see: saved, savedgames, lastprof and savegamebin. thats where im stuck all help will be appreciated and i wasnt sure where this topic will go so since it had to kind of do with maps i picked here.

Download the patch manually. Then right click on it. Press run as administrator.

Or a shorter version- Go to my computer, click on your hardrive (C:) And navigate to program files. Go to Microsoft games and halo custom edition. Then go to maps and place the downloaded files in there.

by download manually you mean go to download then run and then all that follows
