I am posting trying to figure out how to actually get in halo 2 windows live and play. My brother is trying to play halo 2 but there are several problems.

1. he has already entered his free silver account coupon code, and it keeps asking him to enter it. Yet when he does it says it's already been used.

2. the game freezes at the "loading profile" screen. his entire computer just locks up cause of this game. we have tried letting it go for 20 minutes and it still does not load and allow him to get in a server.

tell me what to do so i can help him.
