How can I make it so that when two pelicans fly at each other, they don't go through each other?

I know it is in the collision geometry, but I don't know how to make a new one.

From what i heard, it just uses the banshees, how would I fix this?

This isn't collision, it's physics. If you wanted to make it, you would have to open up a pelican model in 3ds/gmax, add mass points, export, and compile the physics in tool.

That isn't exactly detailed, but I'm not really sure if I did it the right way.

Oh look, I have a tut bookmarked.

Tells you how to create physics. Though my physics were a little off...D=

Thanks myth :D

I always thought it would be the collision model, you know, when it collides with stuff :/

lol

same, it's misleading.

I had a arguement with kaos about how you need the same collision and model, but can have different physics.

Took a while to convince him.

So...

i thought you said you had to go?

XD

Anyway, it seems to work, unless the mass points were placed in the wrong places...

which is bad.

Well...

All I want to do is make it so that the pelican doesn't float through vehicles, instead, it actually collides with things, makes a reaction toother vehicles...

I'll pretend to understand that XD
Hmm...lemme just see what you mean.

ok...gotcha

It flies straight through most vehicles, but no vehicles can fly through it.

...

I'll recommend just getting different pelican tags.

...I'm pretty sure they can just fly through...want to test it?

Come back onto xfire if you can, easier to talk. And sure, I'll go compile a map with one of my pelicans.

D=

Fine, the npelican from hugeass doesn't work either. it glides straight through the scarab...

Could it be the scarab having a bad collision\physics?

I think you can actually edit the current physic tag to make it so the current existing mass points are more ''Dense'' I couldn't explain further but I believe it can work.
