i have tried many times to get the vertex weight injector to work but it wont inject the weight. it always says "0 out of 2303 Vertices successfully weighted"

Do you use gmax or 3dsmax? If 3dsmax then there is a better way to export a biped ; Bluestreak, search for it on halomaps, and use it to export your biped from 3dsmax.

Side Note: Make sure you have 40 or less nodes, that is the limit for a gbx model. And make sure your Skin modifier is at the top of the modifier list, and IS selected when exporting.

i have about 30 or so and i cant export it. it says something about too many actors and then says export failed. btw, this is 3ds max.
