How do I make Ai walk around while idle, like in certain maps? I tried setting them to moving randomly but it doesnt work

It depends on the animations of your AI's bipeds. You say you want them to walk around idly, like how marines walk around with their weapon lowered? That would be the "alert" animation unit for any biped, and any "moving" initial and return states usually use that animation unit. What AI are you using?

Okay, then it should work. However, I think that you might have forgotten to put "Move Positions" to the squads that you want to move randomly. All the "move" states use move positions, so create a couple of those in Sapien where you want the AI to walk around. Move positions is right above Starting Locations for each squad.
