i need help createing a sound tag froma .mp3 file & everytime i run tool to create the sound it makes the . sound tag only 1 kb & i need help to fix this

I downloaded some program form here that supposedly makes creating sound tags really easy. i haven't tried it yet though. it's called "2". At least that's what the shortcut says. Search "sound converter" or something.
