Someone who "has a life" by my definition is successful and enjoys themselves. If someone happens to be successful and enjoy themselves sitting in front of a computer, then by all means they have a life. I absolutely HATE those who think that people need to get outdoors to "live." People have different lifestyles, and to one person, browsing the internet might be just as entertaining as a trip to Paris. Believe it or not, people are different. Please use your brain before you speak.

here we go, typical stereotypes. "you dont have a life because you can make stuff on the computer"
this is just about the most IGNORANT statement iv ever heard. same goes with the morons who bash people who are good at games for having no life. believe it or not, all those mlg pro guys go out, have fun with friends, and play games in their spare time. this is no big secret: the vast majority of my friends are the ones i work closely with on the computer. does that mean i have no life? no it doesn't. in fact the whole "lol you has no life loser" statement is completely false in almost any circumstance because the literal sense of the statement is that the person no longer has life aka is DEAD. the statement has been adapted to a more social friendly meaning that can be construed as the person is dead socially, meaning that they dont go out and party every fricking day of their life. point being, that people automatically assume that because someone has extensive knowledge with anything technology related, they have no "life" when in reality, if they are happy and love what they do, thats about all the life they could have, no?
think before you bash

I agree with me ks and donut.

Too many times are people accused of having no life, when they are happy.

I would have no life by other peoples standards, but really, I am happy relaxing, getting on the computer and playing video games the majority of the time.

I have a great and happy life that some poeple would call not a life.

Anyway, this is getting off - topic. I have nothing more to say.

If supersniper has no life than I most certainly don't, right? As contrary to the image you have all given me, I do have a life. A couple days ago I was at my freshman orientation and I noted numerous girls calling me cute while I was strolling the hallways with my friends. What does this say? A so called "geek" can live a life as if he never heard of a computer and be as "successful in their social life" as if the stereotype was true? That's exactly what it says. I have a life yet I also (as stereotyped) don't. Any time I try to show some of my friends at school the things I do on this computer they all freak out in amazement. They make me feel like I have fifty times the mental capability of them. Us "geeks" must be geniuses, right? OH WAIT, I AM. Care to see the documentation proving it? (That also says something about map protection, you fools. Take a guess as to what.) Wow! My life is anything but empty. I have things very few can even get in their grasp. As I move on and finish school, I will be ready to go on as a structural civil engineer making more money than probably all of you. Then I will be laughing at all of you who said I have no life. Though I do feel a faint feeling of gratitude to all of you for showing me "internet politics" and making me have to find a way around everything. Without you guys, I'm afraid I would never be self-aware of my actual intelligence. -A truly haunting thought. All this rambling about my superiority over you may not mean anything, but it sure makes me feel good.

Once I finally fix the lighting on another map I am working on, I plan on showing it off so I can see about getting my hands on a tagset for it. Details will not be discussed at this time, STFU.

why are you trying to bring back old news iv already apollogiezed please read thorugh the all the posts before u try and flame me
