well they mean to import the debug.wrl and uncheck the boxes, delete the faces and BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH....
any was I would just go with what imdm94 said.

Ok. Tool will automaticly create a "debug" file. You can import or merge that with your project, and the things in it should allign with edges in your map. Those edges are bad. Delet the faces around them and go to re-make them. Go to editable polly or editable mesh and in with stuff like "tesselate" there's a button called "create". From there, it's like connect the dots.

Uncheck every box when exporting. There should be 3.
