Question 1:I am working on a UI at the momment and am having problem with the music.
I have set up the title1.sound_looping tag (which is required or nasty things happen) to have the "in" set to one of the original music tags and the "loops" set to my custom ui_music tag.
The "in" music plays fine in the UI but the "loops" (my custom tag) plays speeded up and sounds wrong. The same sound tag plays fine using a different .sound_looping attached to a scenery in my test map, I tried renaming this sound_looping to title 1 and it played at the right speed in the UI but it sometimes jumped back to the start of the peice of music randomly.
Question 2:How do you make the dust.scenery appear in a UI and how do you make animated scenery animate in a UI? (I have the same tags compiled in a multiplayer map with the same bsp and both dust and animations appear correctly there.)
Question 3:Is there a way I can increase the file size limit tool imposes on me for the ui.map cashe-file?
Question 4:Is there a way I can make a child widget in a .ui_widget_definition invisible and the buttons on it un-clickable(and un-enter-key-able) unless you click a button to show them (and then return the .ui_widget_definition to it's invisible state when you click another button.)
Problem 5:I still haven't found an answer to my 3ds max 5 script problem (explained here:
http://forum.halomaps.org/index.cfm%3Fpage=topic&topicID=17324). When I wrote that it was happening with the bluestreak animation importer script. Now I have also downloaded the updated version of the bluestreak jms exporter(with reigions) and I have the same problem with that.
Question 6:Actually, that's all for now. I may add more later.
