An attempt to sway people to buy Vista, I wouldn't expect anymore Windows Games to be coming to XP.

Vista has gained popularity for personal computers, but businesses usually stay with Server 2003 and XP.

I honestly don't really have a problem with Vista, but frankly I think it should have stayed in production a little longer. Little errors piss me off and I get alot of them, and I dunno if it's my comp or the OS but, it will constantly update without my permission. It will be liek do you want to update and I'll click no and then it does it anyway! haha Stupid Vista, it was made for old people, not you Dennis, like people pushing 100 and still haven't figured out what computers are, and wanna be 'safe' on the internet.

The plus side is, Vista is shiny.

Vista is technically a Beta for Windows 7. OSHI! THAT SLIPPED!

ORLY? O.o

But Vista is basically just shiny lights, the best part of it. It just looks flash.

LOL, It was actually made for old people exactly like me. The primary improvements were a much more secure and managable desktop enviroment. This is especially important in a corporate enviroment where desktop support and management is costly. I am not a fan boy for Microsoft and have my fair share of foul things to say about them and their products, but Vista is the best OS in stability and security they have produced to date. But like ALL new OS's it reguires more in hardware resources just like XP did when it came out 8 years ago.

That's just one of the reasons. It also does not use windows live. It's just last year's model.

If a car company came out with a new fuel do you think their newest cars would still run on gasoline? Sure gasoline is more popular but the new fuel is better. It's basicly a sales tecnique, and i'd do the same thing.

I bet in 3 years, we'll have 5 gig sticks of RAM the same size as a 1 gig stick and we'll all be like "I luv Windws Visty!!!!!1111one11!!11111!!!!!!!!111!one" /delusional

^That would be 20 times my current RAM, which is throughly depressing. Still, by then, they probably would've updated Vista and maybe created a whole NEW system? Then everyone has Vista and is like, "OMG, you know that knew computer M$ released? It totally sucks! Don't get it!"
