use the bsp converter, import into 3ds max/gmax and use the scale tool. thats the basics. but you got to then i think retexture and reexport.

I believe there is a script that allows gmax to import obj files. try searing for it on halomaps. I have never done it, but all i know is the basics.
come on someone help him out, im not the best person to help him. I haven't supersized a level.
