is it possible to make it so that you can duel wield like in halo 3 instead of it being all ready made pairs???

no because with halo 1 you can only have 1 weapon readyed at one time.
That is why thay are all ready made pairs. BUT if you were to make a weapon tag ie in the right hand you had a pistole and the left you had a needler you might be able to write a script that give you the option to use the tag that you just made if you picked up a neddler when you had a pistole readyed. this would take a lot of work but might be possable.
