I looked on the tutorials section here and TheGhost's and there was one at TheGhost's but both links were broken. I searched it up in the search bar here but there were way too many results and none of them were what I was looking for.
Just a basic custom vehicle tutorial, preferably video but .pdf will be fine too. Also, it doesn't HAVE to be custom, although I would prefer it to be, I could live with modifying a vehicle. Thanks everyone.
