since i cant mod maps im going to try to make a ui thats based on the Insurgency mod for hl2 i need help with just the main menu screeny what size resolution should i get here is the list of sizes:

i also need help with getting some of the songs that insurgery has for their main menu. i also want to try to include the cod4 gun sounds song.
also could someone please make a good tut on how to make a ui? when i open up the custom_ui_tut_big file all that the video shows is bad angles of someone doing something.
If anyone has the insurgency soundtrack that would also be helpful
