Agreed.
Though that was the thought that spawned me getting into HCE mapping. http://forums.filefront.com/halo-modding-editing/304161-great-idea-map.html
Hehe, the first hint of things to come.

The thought that got me into Halo CE mapping was realizing that I could do it... and then lost my 3ds and don't feel like getting another one, so I stick with modding now.

And Jay, is that AT-AT too High-Poly for Halo CE? I forgot how, but there is a way to crush Poly counts in Max.

Out of curiousity, what is the limit for triangles for a model to function properly in Halo CE

@Jay
X wing is looking good, as well as the AT-AT. Just hope you can get them skinned accurately too.

Not funny.

Agreed. That's still a very sensitive subject for me, and Ganon isn't making it any better.

Anyway, as has been said by me before. Your lightsaber is nothing but an insetted and extruded cylinder which does not even come close to resembling one. Go get real references, and dont post it again until it looks more like a lightsaber, and less like a flesh light.

I disagree, I think it looks pretty good.

It would be cool though if you modeled some of the hilts from that jedi academy game. ( I has teh pc demo and full game on mah 360(its for original xbox but works on 360 w/update))

I must say, TK421, your work is pretty good. You need to work on your cliffs a bit more though...
But I'll take care of the cliffs. Welcome to the team, I'll Xfire you a couple models to animate.

I happen to have Jedi Academy for the PC. I tried to dive into modding that right before I went into Halo, but I never got into it. A LOT more work. I still have some of my old mapping tools for it, though, so I can take a good look at the models.
