In Sapien, there's the thing in the hierarchy view that says game data. In the section netgame flags, there should be a scroll down option that shows teleport target and teleport source, oddball spawn, etc. The teleport source is where you need to touch to teleport. The teleport target is where you'll end up. The teleport green screen and the base are just scenery, they don't do anything.
