Ok , having a problem here , i am running CE on vista , and i am having trouble with the graphics , i have everything set on high , and it set on 30fps , normally thats fine for my old XP computer , but when i am on vista i get terrible tearing across everything , its unable to be screenshotted as i tried and for some reason it does not come up , it just comes up as a normal picture , and when i tried frapsing , that did not work either. So i cannot show you the problem without recording it with a Digital camera.

It tears everything across the screen and makes Halo unplayable.

My graphics card is a 8600 , i have the latest drivers , and i have tried changing the settings in CE , i have even tried turning the FSAA off , anyone have any ideas?
