OK I have had two people looking and myself for a ONE bitmap that i need. It is the only thing i need to compile my map but noone can find it ANYWHERE. Any help on finding the bitmap or downloading the but maps would be extremely appreciated.
The bitmap is called.... halo_explosion_flares.bitmap thnx |

OK i cannot INSTALL HEK+ i have said this before in another post. I do not have NET framework and when i download it HEK+ does not work still and just tells me to download it again. So I cannot use HEK+ to find it. And search does not work.

I HAVE DOWNLOADED IT. It is just that even after it installs, HEK+ tells me to install it again.
