When I try to start the Baretta 9000 tutorial, I can hear sound but the video is like the static wire thing you can use in iTunes. Help?

try uninstalling and reinstalling windows media player. once all the videos i ran on it had it's colors mixed up like if it was in a hippie world of some sort. but onced i fixed it, it was back to normal
