Yeah when i try to open a scenario with it, it shows a bunch of windows and does nothing.
What do i do? Is it because i have a vista computer?

You Strech out the windows so you can see them, but if its closing, its becuase you have vista. Most of the time.

Vista is only good for modern gaming. Halo CE is old-tech, so it thinks it is too good for CE. Damn Micro$oft....

The Halo CE game and the HEK work just fine on Vista. You may need to turn off anti-aliasing in your video driver as the only issue.
