How do you do this? Please come out with a straight forward answer. No tut links.

ok open up guellia or a hack of guerilla...

and follow these steps.

1.open ur actor varient(eg characters\marine\marine assault rifle major.actor varient)

2.near the top(wont have to scroll donw or anything)go to weapons and click on 3 dots(...)

3.choose prefered weapon(despending on custom weapon u might have to change the model animations for the vehicle or biped)[but every weapon on the game halo(not custom)will work
may have to change biped features if weapon doesnt show but thats mainly for the marines not cyborgs.And marines cant hold rl u have to download or extract using hek+ the rocket launcher marine weapon[u can extract it off my map floodgulch3.0]

4.add your actor varient(ai) to your map in sapien

Alright, thanks. This works for preset AI too, right?
