How do you do, say light weapon mods. (ex. adding a silencer to the end, or adding a scope) anyone know how. I've looked @ other tutorials but all tell is how to replace the default model, I only want to modify them. Anyone....help.

By modifying them, you're eventually going to replace them. The ghost gbx importer, import the model, put your attachment or w\e, and re export, compile, and replace it in the weapon.

I have before,(ex. silencer to pistol) and all that showed up was the silencer.

You didnt have the gun model linked to the frame, when its imported it becomes unlinked...

gotcha. now that thats out of the way how do I get biped tag (weapons) from user made maps. (ex. cmt tensity) I have HMT, but that won't open HCE maps. Any ideas??? Edited by C y b o r G on Apr 27, 2008 at 04:02 PM

HMT does open ce maps, but you need a plugin pack which you can find at halomods.com

Psssst: Use HEK+. It works better... And you wont be getting anything from most CMT maps, they protected them.
