So I recently restored my whole computer due to a virus. Halo CE and my recently received XBox Live Gold have worked fine up until about 2 weeks ago. One day I randomly started to get extreme (I'm talking 1000+ ping) lag on both CE and Xbox Live. I don't think I changed anything at all so I don't know what could've caused it. I've restarted my connection (a Verizon modem) multiple times to no avail. Can anyone please help me get my playing ability back?
