download TAZZ's h3 model and textures tags and compile the bitmaps and put them on your plasma pistol(because no-one besides cmt have made a plasma pistol for h2 or h3)

I cant remember fully because my 360's disk drive has broke but doesn't the h3 plasma pistol make a mini emp on vehicles?

The H3 Plasma Pistol stuns vehicles for about 2 seconds, and yes, while charging, you lose energy. Of course, that's Halo 3, NOT CE.
