The marines called it a bandit
They were like,
"bandits dropping in behind us!"

Nothing the military says about the Covenant is true usually.

yeah, there called covenant dropships

what?

Bandit is military slang TODAY for hostile forces. Covenant dropships, even if Halo were EXACTLY WHAT WERE TO HAPPEN IN 2552, do not exist at this time.

Halopedia has tha Ma5k Listed under the name MA5K CArbine, which it isn't.

After GoO came out, bungie confirmed the spirits mentioned in the book were h1 dropships.
