w+a/s/d - reduced forward speed
space bar - up
ctrl - down
q - pickup vehicle (coldsnap only, must be on landing pad)

besides the mouse, which is used for left/right and pitch control. also, left mouse button for chaingun, and right button for missiles.

Well I dont think CTRL works cuz i didn't lower me. Everything else worked though.

:-/ different players have different control layouts you know >_>
all 4 of them do. I am one of them.
forward = forward backward = brakes using strafe left or right whilst moving forward = reduced speed jump = vertical lift crouch = vertical descent (VTOL function type)
and in SOME CASES flashlight = pick up/drop vehicles. This only works on maps that are set up to do so. It has become *ahem* "customary" to place these areas at landing pads or areas that seem practical to pick up a vehicle. They can be dropped anywhere, but if they have not been shot by something that could move them, they may end up staying in the air.
