okay i have extracted the flycam application and all that.
But what folder do i save it to to use it?
And is it usable only in devmode?

No folder needed. Turn Dev on , then flycam BEFORE starting haloce. Then type in the dev commands to use it.

Ok how do i fly around with the camera?
I cant seem to be able to move it.

uhm...

are you using flycam or dev cam? Dev Cam is the camera in Halo Custom Edition's Dev Mode.

It is better than flycam because flycam causes lag in games.

If you want, I can tell you how to use it. I never bothered with flycam after learning about it, though.

The devmode camera needs Alldev to work. If you don't have Alldev, search for it on halomaps.

Once you have Alldev on, open up the console in game, and use these commands:

debug_camera_save

saves the camera position to a file called "camera.txt" in your Halo CE folder.

debug_camera_load

loads the debug camera and moves it to the position in camera.txt

camera_control 0

brings the camera back to your player

To control the devmode camera:

Hold middle mouse button down while using these for movement:

W - forward
S - backward
A - left
D - right
R - Up
F - Down
T - rotate in one direction
G - rotate in the other direction

Rotate mouse wheel down - faster speed
Rotate mouse wheel up - slower speed
