Would anyone like to take a shot of fixing the model? Have you welded the vertices at 0.1? That usually allways helps me. Oh and remember to redo the smoothing on it too, or it will look pretty bad. I would like to give it a shot at it, though I am not guaranteeing that all errors will be fixed or even fix it at all. You said you hacked this thing, well I'm not sure if I am doing something illegal by helping you...

k, but no its ok. I didn't really hack it. Basically found 4 tools to export, convert, tag, and model it. Then I just import it into 3ds max. "Ripped" From Half Life 2. No I haven't welded anything. Take too long seriously. My Gordon model- http://img247.imageshack.us/img247/2246/gordonhc2.jpg Has like 300 all in his mouth. I'd give you guys the model, but would you fix the errors?
