I just downloaded 3ds max 2008 32 bit and installed and now everytime I try opening the program I get this error:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000001d). Click on OK to terminate the application. Once I click ok the same error pops up again. I tried downloading .net framework 3.0 and it still wont work, what should I do to fix this? |

3ds max 8 and 3ds max 2008 are totally different programs, though i think they should have named it something differnet.

Is your computer 64-bit? 32-bit applications don't work on a 64-bit PC.
